Dr. Andrew Nielsen is the owner of Rehab Solutions, specializing in orthopedic and sports injuries. He is one of the very few physical therapists nationwide to hold the Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) distinction — a credential earned by less than 5% of PTs — reflecting advanced expertise in sports injury management, performance, and rehabilitation.

His passion is providing education and treatments that promote longevity and helping his clients live life without physical limitations. He is motivated to stay on top of his game with the most up to date injury prevention, human performance, and evidence-based treatment methods— all with the goal of helping his patients move, perform, and live better for years to come. He treats orthopedic and sports-related conditions and has built his reputation on ACL reconstruction rehab and throwing athletes shoulder injuries.

He grew up in North Platte, Nebraska, and moved to Gillette in 2016 after marrying his wife, Tiffany, who is also a physical therapist. He completed his collegiate athletic career at Doane University, competing in both football and track, and earned All-American honors in both sports during his senior year. After graduation, he obtained his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS) credential and worked as a personal trainer and technician before attending physical therapy school at Missouri State University, where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2016.

His athletic background shaped his understanding of human performance and rehabilitation. Having competed at a high level, Andrew knows firsthand what it takes to help athletes — youth and adult — reach their full potential. He remains committed to learning and teaching strategies that reduce injury risk, keep athletes healthy, and help them stay on the field and avoid season ending injuries.

Andrew lives in Gillette, Wyoming, with his wife and their three children. He enjoys training athletes at Elite Performance, spending time outdoors, and being with his family.
