Human Performance Training
Our sports performance programming for athletes is unmatched in Northeast Wyoming.
We offer programs for young athletes 8 years old up to the college and professional level athletes.
Each program is designed for the individual or the group to maximize value
and drive greater results on the field or court of play.
REP Performance Level 1
Designed to provide athletes of all ages with improvements in movement quality, muscular strength, and is geared towards establishing a baseline for strength, stability, and mobility to decrease risk for injuries.
REP Performance Level 2
Designed for elite athletes who have passed REP Performance Level 1. After fundamental movements are mastered by the athlete they will see even more strength, speed, and power gains with this program.
